Once I have the intel, that’s where the fun starts. Most businesses try to fix a leak by putting a bucket under it, I find the crack in the pipe. I pull together my findings, conduct research and produce practical solutions.

Who I am & how I think
My name is Antony James.
My professional experience is 15 years in a variety of Finance roles in local authorities, charities and private companies.
In all my roles I have a track-record of improving the baseline level of performance and outcomes.
Here's how:
- Taking tasks (particularly the mundane ones!) and re-designing the process behind them to make them more efficient and error-resistant.
- Spotting flaws in everyday processes that affect the business and collaborating with key individuals and groups to facilitate and deliver change.
- Creating, leading and supporting teams to enable them to perform at their highest level inside and outside of work. It is my belief that we lead people and they are not there to be "managed".
Whilst my background is in Finance-orientated roles, these roles oftentimes expose you to the whole business and therefore my offering is not just to Finance teams but every area of the business.
Maybe it’s a compulsion; I can’t help but find a solution to a problem.
I am a big believer that if you feel like there is a better way, there probably is. Your instinct is there for a reason.
